Partnership Manager

You will creating, maintain and scale partnerships with strategic companies in Indonesia and the Region. You'll refine our strategy, and create profitable relationships with key partners, ensuring high levels of productive engagement across teams.

KreditGoGo.com is an online platform for consumer who are looking for financial products. We are located in South Jakarta and in partnership with Financial Services Institution in Indonesia. We offer solution to the Financial Services Industry to increase their sales and provide an alternative channel distribution to get customer at a lower cost.

About You

You will creating, maintain and scale partnerships with strategic companies in Indonesia and the Region. You'll refine our strategy, and create profitable relationships with key partners, ensuring high levels of productive engagement across teams. Working with Marketing, Product Finance, and Legal and Compliance teams as well as Senior Management you'll deliver consistently successful and mutually rewarding campaigns. Ultimately, you'll be our collaborative thought partner, creating affinity channels with lasting value.

Responsibilities

  • Designing a scalable and efficient partner onboarding process.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard and train channel partners.
  • Build awareness, drive sell-through, and increase brand loyalty
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
  • Assist partners in managing sales activities to generate booking and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
  • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
  • Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
  • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
  • Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities
  • Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements
  • Conduct sales and product training as needed

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience building and implementing channel sales or distributor programs.
  • Experience building teams and managing through influence.
  • Successful track record of establishing, developing, and fostering mutually successful partner relationships that result in achieving revenue and market penetration objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on channel and go-to-market strategies
  • Experience in multiple verticals: Preference for sectors such e-commerce, financial services, and telecommunications.
  • Proven ability to achieve targets, goals and quotas.
  • Strong commitment to quality, attention to detail, and proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Outstanding time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, influence, conflict resolution, communication (written and verbal), listening, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally at all levels within internal and external organisations
